After completing a beginning class you can become a studio member. Come and create at your own pace.
Service Description
One of our main goals at Muddy Pants is to provide access for community members to the equipment, processes and education of ceramic art. From the beginner who has never touched clay to the advanced ceramic artist who needs a place to work, this is the studio for you. We know that schedules are busy, conflicts arise and committing to specific classes on a regular basis can be challenging. So we offer a membership option. This option gives you the flexibility you need to enjoy ceramics your way. The studio membership is available to you AFTER completing one 5-week course. Memberships starting at $106/month, see details below. As a member you will enjoy the following benefits: +Unlimited, drop-in access to all scheduled skills classes +Unlimited access to the studio 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. +Key code door entry for added security. +Use of basic studio equipment and community tools +Assigned shelf to store your tools and projects +Month-to-month or longer-term commitment options for greater savings. +Extendable: You will automatically be renewed for the next month/term if your shelf is not cleaned off by 10 PM the last day of your current commitment. (Clean off your shelf and take all work and tools home by the last day of the month to avoid an additional month charge.) Things to keep in mind: +Membership starts on the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month. No prorating or partial months available. +All clay must be bought through Muddy Pants Pottery. This clay price includes all firings and glazings. +NO outside guests are allowed in the studio. +Anyone caught abusing the equipment, breaking the studio rules or causing problems for other members will be removed from the studio with no refund given. +Members must be 16 years or older. 14-16 yr olds considered on individual basis. Hobby Potter studio membership: +Month to month price $125, paid at the beginning of each month +Prepaid 3-month commitment price $338 (10% savings) +Prepaid 6-month commitment price $637 (15% savings) Production potter studio membership: +Month to month price $225, paid at the beginning of each month +Prepaid 3 month commitment price $608 (10% savings) +Prepaid 6-month commitment price $1152 (15% savings) Important notes: The studio membership is available to you AFTER completing one 5-week course. At the end of the course you can talk to Cindy about transitioning to a membership.
