Mommy and Me! Animal Face PLATE

Service Description

Come join this fun class and create with clay. An instructor will provide step by step instructions and no previous experience is needed. Just show up with a great attitude and be ready to have fun! Adults will work with the child to create an animal face plate. Step by step instructions will be demonstrated. Pay only for the kids! Recommend one on one for best results. Toddlers tend to just mash things but we're okay with that if you're okay with that. Playing in the clay is so much fun! Class fee includes all materials, a class with instructions on how to build your plate and a second 1 hour session to glaze your plate, scheduled at your convenience. All ages welcome. Kids under 8 need to have an adult helper. In class you will receive step by step instructions on how to create your unique plate with the slab method. A second session for glazing is included and can be scheduled at your convenience. Please note: The plate takes one week to dry and be fired. After this it will be ready to glaze. You will receive a text when they are ready. Your plate will be fired again after glazing and you will receive a text once it is out of the kiln and ready for pick-up. Notification of cancellation must be given 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. No refunds given for no-shows.
